FACTS
From and after April 28, 2017, International Assets Advisory, LLC, International Assets Investment Management, LLC, and John A. Bodnar (collectively, “Respondents”) were subject to the terms and conditions of a Registration Consent Order, in the Matter of John A. Bodnar and International Assets Advisory, LLC, International Assets Investment Management, LLC, Docket No. 17-011-S, April 28, 2017 (the “April 2017 Registration Consent Order”) issued by the Department.
Respondents complied satisfactorily with their obligations under the April 28, 2017 Consent Order as of July 9, 2020. In light of Respondents’ compliance, the Department issues this Order.
The Department hereby removes all conditions set forth by the April 2017 Registration Consent Order as applied to the Respondents on a prospective basis, with an effective date of July 9, 2020.
