BCBSVT Claims Processing Update

During the transition to a new claims processing system, a percentage of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont’s (BCBSVT) claims did not process correctly. While many people won’t be affected, some members may receive a Summary of Health Plan Payment (formerly an Explanation of Benefits) that shows adjustments to your claim. 

If you have any questions about your Summary of Health Plan Payment, we encourage you to contact the BCBSVT customer service team at 800-247-2583, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by emailing them at customerservice@bcbsvt.com
