If you are a Foreign Risk Retention Group or a Foreign Purchasing Group registered in Vermont, you are required to file information with the State of Vermont per the below list of required filings and due dates.

Submit electronically to: DFR.CaptiveFinancialFilings@vermont.gov and for all Foreign RRGs please indicate the NAIC#/Captive Name and for Risk Purchasing Groups please indicate company name and assigned #). Please submit all materials as unsecure with PDFs for same related correspondence combined as one complete file.
