To align with guidance issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) providing the resumption of routine audits on August 3, 2020, the Department similarly will withdraw Insurance Bulletin 211, which temporarily suspends routine provider audits, effective August 3, 2020.
