Findings of Fact

1.         Respondent DEANDRE MAZE-CARTER holds Vermont non-resident insurance producer license # 3156506, first issued May 5, 2016 with an expiration date of March 31, 2019.

2.         Respondent’s current registered mailing address is 8809 S. Pointe Pkwy E. Apt. 2096, Phoenix, AZ 85044-5789. 

3.         Respondent’s non-resident producer license was revoked in Utah. 

Conclusions of Law

1.         Respondent DAVID WAYNE JUDGE holds Vermont non-resident insurance producer license # 858214, first issued December 14, 2012 with an expiration date of March 31, 2019.

2.         Respondent’s current registered mailing address is 1410 Quanah Ct., Allen, TX 75013.

3.         Respondent is no longer licensed in his home state of Texas. 

Conclusions of Law

This Stipulation and Consent Order is entered this _____ day of ____________, 2019 by and between Todd Allen Brandon (Respondent) and the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation (the Department).

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department (Commissioner) is responsible for administering and enforcing the insurance laws of the State of Vermont, as set forth in 8 V.S.A. §§ 11, 13, and 15; and Title 8, Chapters 129 and 131.

WHEREAS, as a result of its investigation, the Department alleges that Respondent has violated the insurance laws, as set forth below; and

§§ 11, 12, 15, 3665, 4723, and 4724; and
