STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER
This Stipulation and Consent Order (Order) is entered by and among Pantera Digital Asset Fund LP (Respondent), and the State of Vermont Department of Financial Regulation (Department).

Respondents were provided notice and a copy of the Ex Parte Order and separate notices describing their opportunity for hearing.
