Please reference this list to confirm authorization and annual reporting details including full legal name, domestic jurisdiction, AMB and NAIC #s and AMB current rating. Please contact DFR Captive Insurance with any questions or if identify a possible discrepancy.
NOTE: While the listing is protected, the reinsurer data can be copy and pasted into the the VCAR templates for (6a) REINSURANCE CEDED and (6b) REINSURANCE ASSUMED as the fields are in the same order.

VCAR IPC Form - To be used for incorporated protected cells (IPC) of sponsored captives, unless required to file on NAIC forms.

VCAR Supplemental Form - To be used for unincorporated protected cells, separate accounts, and filings for insurance subsidiaries, unless required to file on NAIC forms.

VCAR page 5 PREMIUMS - To be used by all fiscal year-end Vermont licensed captives to file required 12/31 premium reporting that corresponds to Vermont Premium Tax filing.
