Certified Reinsurer Listing
Per 8 V.S.A. §3634a and Regulation 97-3 the Department is required to post a listing of reinsurers certified by the State of Vermont. Below is the listing which will be updated at least annually or as deemed necessary.
Applications for Designation as a Certified Reinsurer
Persons who wish to comment on the application are invited to submit a written statement to the Vermont Department of Financial Regulationwithin 30 days from the date of this notice. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party; identification of the application to which the statement is addressed; and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the department of the exact basis of the statement. Written statements should be directed to Karen Ducharme, Director of Company Licensing, Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, 89 Main Street, Montpelier, VT 05620, karen.ducharme@vermont.gov. Applications for comment will be posted on the Public Comment web page.
